MCLE Information:

Pending certification by the California State Bar, approximately 7 hours of credit for attending the entire Conference are available. MCLE credit is available only for the California State Bar. We will not provide credit for any other state bar. To receive full credits, you are required to sign in and out of all sessions attended AND fill out, sign, and turn in the provided MCLE form/survey at the Conference. No exceptions.

Confirmation:

A confirmation will be emailed to you within ten business days of receiving your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email: register@prop65ch.com

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Should you be unable to attend, a refund will be made for cancellations received via email to register@prop65ch.com by Monday, September 5, 2022. If you notify us after Monday, September 5, 2022, we will be pleased to transfer your registration to another member of your organization, or credit the registration fee to next year's conference.

A $175 administrative charge will be applied to refunds of registrations after the expiration of the Early Bird Rate, which is Friday, July 29, 2022.

COVID Policy 

The Julia Morgan Ballroom and Prop. 65 Clearinghouse will adhere to all COVID mandates required by the city and the state at the time of the event. We will do our best to keep you up to date on requirements via email closer to the event, as they may change throughout the year. You may be required to show proof of vaccination and/or boosters before entering the building, depending on current mandates. We can’t predict the future of COVID, but we are set up for remote viewing via Zoom to make sure we are able to host the event if there is a surge at the time of the conference.
